- Lead the research, strategy, and definition phases of projects, from discovery through to experience architecture.
- Plan and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to uncover insights, align on goals, and define experience strategies.
- Conduct and oversee user research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Create journey maps, service blueprints, IA diagrams, wireframes, and flows that clearly communicate experience intent.
- Collaborate with visual designers, developers, and other specialists to ensure strategic intent is carried through to delivery.
- Work on multi-channel and omnichannel experiences, ensuring consistency and cohesion across touchpoints.
- Mentor and support other UX team members, sharing your expertise and helping to grow their skills.
- Manage your time effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
- 7+ years of agency-side experience working with enterprise-level clients.
- A portfolio that demonstrates research, strategy, and definition work, not UI design, including sketches, experience maps, and wireframes.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects in a collaborative environment.
- Strong knowledge of UX methodologies and the ability to apply them appropriately to different contexts.
- A solid understanding of the true discipline of Information Architecture, structuring and organising information and content - not just navigation design.
- Experience planning and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of user research methods.
- A track record of mentoring and developing other UX professionals.
- The ability to balance detail-oriented problem solving with big-picture strategic thinking.
- Experience designing multi-channel digital experiences.

- have any experience with conversion rate optimisation projects
- have any comprehension of cognitive science or behavioural economics
