- Process daily banking transactions within the payment center ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer instructions
- Perform monthly reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and archival systems in line with bank guidelines
- Support various operational functions and provide assistance across multiple desks when required
- Monitor operational risks and ensure strict adherence to compliance and control standards
- Prepare periodic reports and management information for decision-making purposes
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risks
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and turnaround time targets
- Maintain strong internal controls and support audit and regulatory compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations or payment processing
- Strong understanding of banking procedures and regulatory requirements
- Experience in reconciliation, transaction processing, and operational risk management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
