Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading luxury building materials and high-end architecture products company. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Specification Manager to oversee and drive the specification process for their premium portfolio of building materials. The role will involve close collaboration with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors to ensure the products are accurately specified and seamlessly integrated into high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Acting as both a technical advisor and a brand ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in influencing design decisions and driving project success from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors to promote and secure specifications for our luxury materials.- Conduct presentations, lunch & learns, showroom tours and other engagement activities to educate specifiers and generate demand.- Provide technical expertise, including product performance data, compliance information, and installation guidance.- Manage the project specification pipeline via CRM, tracking opportunities from initial design through final delivery.- Prepare and maintain product specifications, technical cut sheets, and sustainability documentation.- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of initiatives and communications.- Stay updated on building codes, LEED requirements, sustainability standards, and design trends relevant to the luxury materials sector.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.- Minimum 5 years' UAE experience in project specifications within the luxury building materials industry.- Established network within A&D firms, developers, and contractors in premium residential, hospitality, or commercial sectors.- Strong understanding of design and construction processes, from concept to installation.- Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and technical specifications.- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with experience using CRM or project tracking tools.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.Benefits- Attractive salary + Benefits.
