- 8 years of experience as a Project Manager (4-5 years of experience in UAE)
- Architectural or Civil design or Project Management degree
- Strong communication skills
- Good general knowledge of Structural and MEP systems
- Strong knowledge related to resources management and procurement strategies
- Experience with UAE authorities’ requirements and approvals procedures
- Ensures all project team members are properly briefed on the project scope, objectives and basis of design;
- Provides the principle point of contact with clients for the delivery of project services;
- Responsible for coordination with the client and/or his duly appointed representative;
- Attends meetings with the client and technical meetings chaired by the client’s project management team;
- Setting up the project administration and finance processes in accordance with company management system and the specific requirements of projects;
- Ensures that delivery of services is in accordance with project agreement/ contract and achieve the financial objectives set at the commencement of the project;
- Attends project coordination meetings as required;
- Prepares project execution plan and project quality plan and monitors the delivery of project services, as required;
- Prepares and revises project team organisation structure as required;
- Appointments and briefing of all required sub consultants for projects, as required;
- Executes day-to-day management of projects;
- Prepares project progress reports;
- Prepare and revise projects schedules;
- Monitors resources and generates resource planning data;
- Prepares design changes and change management with clients, as required;
