Analyze well and reservoir performance data and develop strategies to improve hydrocarbon recovery and production efficiency.
Develop enhanced production strategies, completion designs, and workover plans to maximize field productivity.
Evaluate alternative development concepts and improved recovery methods to increase reservoir recovery factors.
Apply integrated reservoir management techniques combining geoscience, reservoir engineering, drilling, and completion expertise.
Assess reservoir uncertainties and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies for field development projects.
Optimize well locations, well numbers, architectures, and completion designs for improved production performance.
Design pilot projects and appraisal wells to evaluate reservoir performance and reduce development uncertainties.
Prepare business cases for pilot implementations and data acquisition programs using value of information analysis.
Design and analyze SCAL and PVT laboratory studies to support reservoir characterization and development planning.
Participate in integrated reservoir characterization studies and field development planning initiatives.
Develop and evaluate reservoir development schemes to optimize sweep efficiency and production performance.
Conduct single well and sector simulation studies to evaluate completion strategies and recovery processes.
Supervise reservoir engineering studies and coordinate with multidisciplinary technical teams.
Provide technical input to departmental budgets and support cost control initiatives related to reservoir development.
Implement company engineering policies, systems, and procedures in accordance with international standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new reservoir engineering tools and technologies.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and sustainability standards during operational and field development activities.
Prepare technical reports and performance analysis for management decision-making.Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in reservoir engineering and field development within the oil and gas industry.
Strong experience in reservoir simulation, production forecasting, and reservoir surveillance programs.
Experience evaluating enhanced oil recovery techniques and production optimization strategies.
Strong knowledge of reservoir characterization, PVT analysis, and SCAL laboratory studies.
Experience in field development planning and integrated reservoir management practices.
