- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth within the FinTech sector.
- Generate new business through networking, industry events, roadshows, and direct outreach.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that promote the organization's offerings and services.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments.
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive growth across markets and segments.
- Identify and onboard new partners locally and internationally.
- Support and train partners while managing their performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance market penetration and client acquisition.
- Support clients throughout the business setup process, including registration, licensing, and office establishment.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Assist clients with operational requirements such as leasing, regulatory liaison, and employee sponsorship.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Conduct research and analyse industry data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management.
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade events, and networking forums.
- Enhance brand awareness and strengthen market positioning.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and enhance client experience.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to align business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in internal projects and strategic initiatives as required.
- Adhere to information security policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Report any potential risks or security incidents to the appropriate authorities.
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Proven track record in FinTech sales and client acquisition.
- Experience in financial services, technology, or innovation-driven environments.
- Prior experience working with financial hubs, free zones, or regulatory authorities is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of global FinTech trends and ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services and FinTech industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and business setup processes in international financial centres.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
