For effective and sustainable commercial activation.Role DescriptionThe Print Project Manager leads end-to-end management of print production projects, planning, costing, supplier coordination, quality control, and delivery. You will manage recurring and campaign-based jobs, ensuring best-in-class execution, competitive pricing, and reliable timelines across multiple stakeholders.What you need to carry out the missionResponsibilities include and are not limited to the following:Translate briefs into production-ready specs (sizes, materials, finishes, color references, packing, delivery plan).Run RFQs, compare quotes, negotiate costs/lead times, and recommend value-engineered options.Manage proofs/samples, production checkpoints, and final QC (including color consistency when relevant).Own schedules and critical paths; flag risks early and solve fast.Maintain clean documentation: POs, job folders, approvals, delivery notes, trackers.Track budgets, margins, and variances; provide weekly status updates and post-mortems.Build strong supplier relationships and continuously improve pricing/quality through benchmarking.Print Scope:
Flat print, large format (where relevant), packaging/labels (where relevant), premium finishes (foil, emboss, spot UV, specialty papers), kitting and multi-location distribution.What We’re Looking For5–10+ years in print production / print project management (agency, print house, retail production, or in-house).Strong technical knowledge of print processes, materials, and finishes.Proven negotiation and supplier management experience.Strong Excel + MS Office; comfortable with project tracking and reporting tools.Excellent English: Arabic is a plus.Regional experiences on following industries: Beauty, Cosmetics, Luxury.What we are offeringAt Altavia Middle East we value your quality of life beyond the workplace.
