- Administer anesthesia for IVF procedures, including egg retrieval and embryo transfer
- Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments to evaluate patient suitability for anesthesia
- Monitor patient vitals during and post-procedure to ensure safe recovery
- Collaborate closely with fertility specialists, embryologists, and nursing teams for integrated patient care
- Develop and implement pain management protocols tailored to reproductive treatments
- Keep updated with advancements in anesthetic techniques and technologies specific to fertility care
- Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Anesthesiology
- Minimum 5 years' anesthesia experience with specialization in reproductive medicine or IVF procedures
- DHA, MOH, or HAAD Consultant License preferred
- Strong knowledge of sedation and anesthesia techniques for fertility treatments
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, patient-centered approach
