We work with institutional partners, developers, brokers, and professional clients, and are building a high-quality, repeatable deal pipeline across the residential market.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join Greenzone on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a self-driven agent with strong Abu Dhabi market knowledge who wants the flexibility to originate and close deals while benefiting from Greenzone's brand, systems, and institutional relationships.Compensation Structure
  • Commission-only role
  • 65% of net proceeds received by Greenzone for any deal you originate and successfully close
  • Applies to:
  • Tenant placements
  • Leasing transactions
  • Buy & sell brokerage deals
  • No cap on earnings
Example: If Greenzone receives AED 10,000 in commission on a closed deal, the agent receives AED 6,500.Key Responsibilities
  • Originate, manage, and close leasing and brokerage transactions
  • Qualify clients and understand their requirements and budgets
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiations
  • Coordinate with landlords, developers, and listing brokers
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and follow-ups in Greenzone's CRM
  • Deliver professional, responsive, and ethical client service
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi
  • Valid Abu Dhabi real estate license
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, pricing, and leasing regulations
  • Proven ability to source and close deals independently
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
  • Must already hold a valid UAE residence visa (no visa sponsorship)
