- Conduct thorough research on Emiratization policies, trends, and best practices to inform decision-making.
- Conduct research on immigration, labor, social security and payroll regulations in the UAE, across all jurisdictions.
- Handle routine or complex labour/immigration queries with government authorities.
- Support the structuring and development of the firm's Emiratisation advisory service.
- Contribute to the design of attraction strategies for Emirati talent (e.g. sourcing channels, employer branding, partnerships).
- Build relationships with relevant universities, professional networks, and Emirati workforce initiatives.
- Support development of retention frameworks, career progression models and incentive/reward structures aligned with Emirati workforce expectations.
- Develop proposal materials, presentations, and client-facing material.
- Act as team point of contact/lead for Emiratisation-related queries.
- Monitor and interpret UAE Emiratisation regulations and initiatives (e.g. MOHRE requirements, Nafis programme, Central Bank Emiratisation requirements, sector-specific mandates).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and proactively brief internal teams.
- Provide guidance on compliance obligations, quota calculations, penalties, and reporting processes.
- Engage with relevant authorities, where necessary.
- Conduct market research to identify target sectors and organisations with Emiratisation needs.
- Map key decision-makers (e.g. HR Directors, Emiratisation Leads, Compliance Heads).
- Support preparation of pitch materials and participate in client meetings where appropriate.
- Proactively identify opportunities to position the firm's Emiratisation offering in the market.
- Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact.
- Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent.
- Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track.
- Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, HR, Law, or related fields.
- Emirati National, with a valid family book.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in employment law, Emiratisation advisory, or similar fields, preferably within a global professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws, government workforce nationalization programs (e.g., Nafis, Tawteen), and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong research abilities and proficiency in compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
