Strong background in recruitment, onboarding and employee training.
Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, onboarding).
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
