Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager with extensive experience in road and infrastructure projects for a leading Tier One organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering expertise, operational leadership, and commercial acumen to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and relevant contracting/engineering qualificationsStrong commercial and contractual knowledge, including FIDIC experience15+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in an Operations Manager role at Tier One companiesProven experience in business development and establishing new opportunitiesSHE (Safety, Health, Environment) qualifications/trainingAbility to perform effectively under high-pressure environments and tight deadlinesCandidates should have proven business development skills, SHEQ experience, and a solid track record of leadership in high-profile projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and oversee road and infrastructure projects, ensuring technical, operational, and commercial excellenceDrive project planning, scheduling, and resource management while maintaining compliance with ISO, SHEQ, and statutory requirementsImplement operational best practices, monitor performance, and optimize project deliveryManage teams, client relationships, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomesEnsure quality, safety, and environmental standards are consistently metOversee commercial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and contract administrationFoster a culture of innovation, team-building, and ethical complianceWhy Join:
