Location: DubaiJob Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced Material Engineer Civil to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in the UAE within a consulting firm environment.Key Responsibilities:- Review and approve material submittals related to civil and structural works- Evaluate materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, technical requirements, and local authority regulations- Select, test, and approve construction materials with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance- Ensure compliance with UAE and international standardsRequirements:- 7-10 years of experience in material engineering, with 3-5 years in the UAE within a consulting firm environment- Proven experience in luxury residential and high-rise construction projects in the UAE- In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes and local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADM, DDA)- Familiarity with material testing procedures and quality control processes- Strong understanding of quality and regulatory compliance
