- Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, or materials to designated locations
- Plan routes and ensure timely arrival while considering traffic and weather conditions
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) and report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle
- Ensure all required documents (license, registration, insurance) are valid and available
- Follow all local traffic laws and company driving policies
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports
- Provide professional and courteous service to passengers and stakeholders
- Report accidents, incidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor
- Support administrative or messenger duties when required
- Valid driving license (appropriate for vehicle type)
- Minimum [2-5] years of professional driving experience
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations
- Ability to read maps and use GPS/navigation systems
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to handle long driving hours if required
- Strong safety awareness and defensive driving skills
- Time management and punctuality

- May require extended hours, shift work, or weekend duties
