Advocate for the user in all aspects of the design process and make recommendations for product improvements based on user feedback.EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIESMinimum ExperienceAt least 6-8 years of experience in user experience design with a proven track record of overseeing user research, designing for web and mobile platforms, and conducting usability testing.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.Professional QualificationsExpertise in design tools and software such as Miro, Sketch and Figma. Good understanding of the user research process and data synthesis to inform design decisions.Knowledge and SkillsStrong knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX best practices. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability tests. Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to clearly present findings from research and design concepts to stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams. Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for solving complex design problems.
