- Call Center agent functions.
- Collect Accident documents from Clients/Drivers.
- Schedule damage vehicle collection & deliveries.
- Replacement vehicles management.
- Schedule accident programs with Insurance & workshops.
- Direct coordination with Insurance motor claims team on daily basis.
- Manage the daily accident survey & validate the workshop estimates.
- Arrange the damage vehicles movement based on insurance approvals.
- Collection of accident claim – final claim documents from workshops and save in shared folder.
- Collect and save the final survey report from all workshops.
- Collect the Total loss offer letters.
- Ownership transfer documents submissions with Management & PRO.
- Open & Close accident cases in OCM.
- Final inspections at workshops.
- Audit damage vehicle repairs at workshop and reports.
- General maintenance approvals in NOLS.
- Invoice administration in NOLS.
