Job description for LeasePlan – Accident Service AdvisorEducation: Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering.Experience: Minimum 7 years with any Dealer workshop / Reputed A grade workshop.Responsibilities:
  • Call Center agent functions.
  • Collect Accident documents from Clients/Drivers.
  • Schedule damage vehicle collection & deliveries.
  • Replacement vehicles management.
  • Schedule accident programs with Insurance & workshops.
  • Direct coordination with Insurance motor claims team on daily basis.
  • Manage the daily accident survey & validate the workshop estimates.
  • Arrange the damage vehicles movement based on insurance approvals.
  • Collection of accident claim – final claim documents from workshops and save in shared folder.
  • Collect and save the final survey report from all workshops.
  • Collect the Total loss offer letters.
  • Ownership transfer documents submissions with Management & PRO.
  • Open & Close accident cases in OCM.
  • Final inspections at workshops.
  • Audit damage vehicle repairs at workshop and reports.
  • General maintenance approvals in NOLS.
  • Invoice administration in NOLS.
