- Prepare baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines as per project management plan.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.
- Prepare forecasts resulting from significant deviations from scheduled baselines.
- Conduct regular project site inspections.
- Provide assessment of Extension of Time claims.
- Prepare Forensic Planning & Delay Analysis.
- Developing project master schedule, updating, monitoring, and reviewing construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures
- Bachelor's in civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in UAE based construction company
- Expert in Planning Software - Primavera
- Expert in Excel - Advanced level
- UAE Driving License required
- Must be available in UAE
