The ideal candidate will be capable of managing projects from initiation to completion (A–Z), ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and full compliance with project specifications. - Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to handover
- Conduct effective site supervision and daily operations management
- Execute projects in line with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures
- Manage residential and commercial construction projects
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety regulations
- Prepare reports, updates, and progress tracking documentation
- Identify and resolve project issues proactively
Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE construction industry
Proven experience handling projects from A to Z
Strong expertise in:
- Site Supervision
- Project Execution
- Quality Control
- Project Management
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and safety standards
Ability to deliver projects on time with high qualityBenefits
