This role ensures efficient inventory management by balancing stock availability with financial targets while minimizing obsolescence. It plays a key role in supporting aftersales operations by ensuring parts availability, maintaining accurate data, and optimizing logistics and procurement processes.Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust system parameters to maintain optimal stock availability
  • Review and amend system-generated order proposals based on demand and supply conditions
  • Analyze critical inventory reports and take corrective actions
  • Manage customer orders ensuring timely processing and communication of delivery timelines
  • Follow up with suppliers for back orders and expedite deliveries
  • Monitor stock aging and implement strategies to reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory
  • Manage buy-back processes for non-moving parts with suppliers
  • Optimize logistics costs by selecting cost-effective transportation and consolidating shipments
  • Process and track claims with suppliers ensuring timely resolution and reimbursement
  • Maintain accurate master data and update supplier pricing in systems
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations
Ideal Profile
  • Engineering degree or diploma in a technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive supply chain or inventory management
  • Experience in CV and CE business within dealership operations
  • Strong analytical and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
