- Welcome and seat guests, providing attentive and professional service throughout their visit.
- Answer menu-related inquiries, explaining ingredients, preparation methods, and allergy information.
- Present daily specials and promotions, recommend food and beverage options, and take accurate orders.
- Handle cashiering duties using the MICROS system and process various payment methods.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage guest feedback and assist with inquiries, upholding Jumeirah's service excellence at all times.
- 1-2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end restaurant/beach club.
- Strong F and B background and knowledge of hospitality service standards.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian or European languages are an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, MICROS, and Sevenrooms systems.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment with strong communication skills.
