- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets by market, brand, and SKU.
- Analyze account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage existing sales pipelines and generate new business opportunities through strong distributor and customer relationships.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts aligned with sell-out data in coordination with distributors.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and secondary/tertiary sales to ensure proper coverage and distribution depth.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, shelf visibility, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Work closely with business and marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, BTL activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Communicate and track monthly sales targets by territory, brand, and salesperson in line with the business plan.
- Monitor competitive pricing, maintain pricing records, and recommend adjustments to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to support strategic decisions.
- Anticipate risks and implement corrective actions to sustain sales growth.
