- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and database systems
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Experience in schools, colleges, or universities
- Knowledge of student admission systems or CRM tools
- Experience in sales or marketing (advantage)
