We are supporting a leading professional services firm in the UAE in the appointment of a Director - Transfer Pricing to lead and grow its Tax Advisory function.This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving transfer pricing strategy, client advisory, and practice development, while managing complex, multi-jurisdictional engagements across a diverse client portfolio.The role will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to expand the TP practice, strengthen client relationships, and deliver high-quality advisory solutions.Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing / International Tax
  • Proven experience within a Big 4 or leading professional services firm
  • Experience in building the department from scratch
  • Strong expertise in:
  • TP advisory and structuring
  • Global TP documentation and compliance
  • TP audits, litigation, APA / MAP
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-jurisdictional client engagements
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record in business development and client relationship management
  • Experience leading and managing teams at scale
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
