- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives

- Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Build partnerships with system integrators and technology resellers
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 sales professionals

- 14-18 years of experience in B2B IT / enterprise sales
- Strong experience in Middle East market (mandatory)
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
- Strong network across target industries (FSI, Oil & Gas, Govt, Travel)
- Expertise in selling digital transformation, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Experience managing small sales teams
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree (attested with apostille stamp mandatory)
- English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
- Salary: AED 57,500/month + performance incentives
- 30 days annual leave
