The Senior BI Developer position is responsible for building scalable, high-performance BI applications and dashboards, translating business requirements into actionable insights, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement advanced Qlik Sense applications and dashboards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define BI solutions
Optimize Qlik Sense applications for performance, scalability, and usability
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to complement BI platforms
Design and manage ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability
Perform in-depth data analysis to generate insights supporting business strategy
Maintain data quality and consistency across reporting solutions
Stay current with Qlik Sense and Power BI features, updates, and best practices
Provide training and ongoing support to end users
Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure seamless data integration

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
Minimum 7 years experience in business intelligence or data visualization roles
At least 5 years hands-on experience with Qlik Sense development
Strong proficiency in Power BI report and dashboard development
Solid experience designing and implementing ETL processes
Strong SQL skills with experience optimizing complex queries
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

Preferred Skills

Experience with additional BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R
Experience with cloud-based BI and analytics solutions
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data governance practices
