Job Description:Role: Social Media Intern (Chairman's Office)Reporting Line: Creative Brand ManagerPrimary Job Purpose:We are looking for a savvy and highly motivated bilingual Social Media Intern to join the Chairman's team. In this role, you will support the Creative Brand Manager with managing Essam Al Tamimi's LinkedIn and X accounts, helping to enhance his online presence, engagement with stakeholders across various platforms and the firm's brand recognition across MENA.Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and translate compelling legal captions in both English and Arabic.
Knowledge of social media platforms, specifically, LinkedIn and X.
Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and platforms.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in social media management is a plus.
Legal knowledge or background in law is a plus.
Valid UAE residence visa.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to create compelling content in both English and Arabic for Essam Al Tamimi's LinkedIn and X accounts. This includes thought leadership pieces, commentary on legal matters, posts, articles, videos, and other multimedia content.
Accompany Essam Al Tamimi to events and speaking engagements to provide live social media coverage, capturing highlights and key insights for online audiences.
Assist in monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on Essam Al Tamimi's social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and engagement.
Work with the Creative Brand Manager to execute the social media strategy aimed at increasing Al Tamimi & Company's brand visibility and recognition.
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
Proactively engage with relevant stakeholders, industry professionals, and influencers to expand Essam Al Tamimi's network and foster meaningful connections.
Ensure all social media content aligns with Essam Al Tamimi's personal brand and corporate messaging, adhering to established brand guidelines and values.
Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and platform updates in social media marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Duration & Remuneration:

This is a paid internship position with a duration of six months, and a possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
