ResponsibilitiesOur newest opportunity is for a talented Logistics Manager to join our PMCM practice, based in Dubai, UAE.We envisage success in this role to include;Client & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with Client ECD Asset Management Control and Contractors for issuing, monitoring and controlling project/site permits and site clearancesCoordinate logistics activities with contractors, local authorities, and client representativesLead logistics coordination meetings to align construction and delivery schedulesEnsure logistics support utilities (power, water, lighting) are provided and maintained as per authority regulationsLogistics Planning & StrategyDevelop and implement a project-wide logistics strategy aligned with the master construction schedulePrepare and maintain site-wide logistics plans, including traffic flow, delivery routes, staging areas, and access pointsCoordinate with planning, engineering, and construction teams to integrate logistics into project execution plansSite Access & ControlImplement and monitor permit-to-work systemsEnsure controlled movement of personnel, vehicles, and materials in and out of the siteOversee the setup and management of site access control points of different contractorsMaterial Handling & DistributionCoordinate with contractors to avoid congestion and material clashes at critical zonesPlan and supervise the delivery, unloading, storage, and distribution of materials on-siteTraffic & Transport ManagementEnsure safe and efficient movement of construction traffic, minimizing disruption to the public and nearby developmentsCoordinate haulage routes and off-site logistics yards if applicableQualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.Experience gained from working on Infrastructure projects in UAE is being looked for.KEO’s performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
