• Establish and manage site-specific environmental safety health programs aligned with Parsons ESHARP framework and regulatory requirements.
• Advise senior construction leadership on safety management practices and hazard control strategies.
• Develop safety compliance plans, training programs, and orientation procedures for project personnel.
• Evaluate contractor safety performance and ensure alignment with company safety culture and risk management practices.
• Conduct project and site audits to verify compliance with corporate standards and client safety requirements.
• Prepare and submit detailed safety audit reports, inspection findings, and compliance documentation.
• Implement occupational injury reporting procedures and incident management systems.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of safety incidents.
• Analyze trends from safety inspections, audits, and incident reports to improve safety performance.
• Supervise emergency response teams and first aid personnel during workplace incidents.
• Represent project management during safety inspections conducted by regulatory authorities or insurance representatives.
• Oversee new employee safety orientation programs and ongoing safety training initiatives.
• Review risk assessments for upcoming work activities and support safety planning processes across project teams.
• Coordinate safety communication and compliance monitoring across contractors and engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction safety management within infrastructure and building projects.
• At least 5 years of experience working in a senior OSH management role within construction supervision or project management environments.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE and Abu Dhabi occupational health and safety regulations including ADOSH System Framework.
• Experience managing safety programs across complex infrastructure and building construction environments.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
