2. Provide support in administrative, office management and employee logistics activities.
3. Prepares correspondence, agendas, materials and reports for reproduction and distribution.
4. Maintain records of documents and electronic files and retrieve data.
5. Maintains calendars, schedules and plans events and meetings.
6. Prepare business agendas and arrange team meetings and assist in documenting meeting minutes upon request.
7. Responds to questions from other offices.
8. Coordinates and schedules conference calls and meetings.
9. Assists management staff as required in support of the operation requirements.
10. Analyzes new or special administrative work requests to determine most efficient method of completion.
11. Maintains inventory of office supplies and reorders as required.
