Technical lead for overall workstream: current-state assessment (SCADA/EMS/GMS/DTS/EDL/Siglon/PQA/settlement/OT infra)
Transformation principles & target architecture
Business cases and 10-year roadmap
Emergency Control Center evaluation
Workstream RFP packaging (8-10 packages) and execution support.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Power/Control Engineering
12+ years in control-centre/SCADA/EMS projects
Led 2+ similar projects as lead consultant/engineer
Strong dispatch, SCADA ops and Emergency Control Center knowledge.
