- Develop a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the event's vision and objectives.
- Identify key branding requirements based on the event's physical locations, such as venue, stages, exhibition areas, etc.
- Branding Oversight:
- Share the brand guidelines with the appointed branding company.
- Review and provide feedback on the proposed brand identity concepts, ensuring they are in line with the event's branding strategy.
- Oversee the development of logos, graphics, color schemes, and other visual elements that represent the event's brand.
- Highlighting as well which elements need to be branded
- Branding and Visual Communication:
- Assess the on-site branding needs
- Ensure that all signage and visual communication elements adhere to the event's branding guidelines.
- Work closely with the production team to coordinate the installation and placement of branding materials at the event site.
- Production Book Review:
- Examine the production book(s) or manuals provided by the branding company, which detail branding specifications and guidelines.
- Provide feedback and approvals on the production book(s) to ensure they accurately reflect the approved brand identity.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections of the event site to ensure branding elements are implemented correctly and consistently.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to branding on-site promptly.
- Vendor Management:
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of branding materials and services.
- Maintain effective communication with branding company and vendors throughout the event planning and execution phases.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in the budgeting process related to branding activities.
- Monitor expenses to ensure branding costs stay within the allocated budget.
- Post-Event Evaluation:
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the branding after the event, including key achievement, and recommendations for future improvements.
