- Support the growth and operations teams in preparing responses to RFI, RFQ and RFP submissions
- Assist in drafting, editing and formatting proposal content including resumes and project experience sections
- Develop and maintain compliance matrices and proposal schedules under supervision
- Coordinate internal review processes including Pink and Red team reviews
- Contribute to Go or No Go discussions and support CRM data system updates
- Conduct basic market research and gather competitive intelligence to strengthen proposal strategy
- Manage proposal templates, production tasks and final deliverables in print, electronic and presentation formats
- Participate in internal debrief sessions to enhance institutional knowledge and pursuit performance
- UAE National holding a valid Family Book in line with Emiratisation requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for proposal development
- Ability to understand RFP compliance requirements and follow structured processes
- Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Foundational analytical skills with interest in market research and business strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn proposal systems and formatting standards
- Motivated to grow within a structured graduate development program
