Mobilization and Transition Manager - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Support commercial activities including opportunity review, bid inputs and budget planning
• Audit active contracts to identify gaps in deliverables and compliance requirements
• Develop structured mobilization and demobilization plans with defined milestones, budgets and risk controls
• Manage transition risks through RAID logs, daily coordination meetings and mitigation strategies
• Oversee asset verification, tagging processes and CAFM data uploads for asset and preventive maintenance records
• Prepare site-specific risk assessments, method statements and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, uniforms, IDs, visas and induction programs for mobilized teams
• Arrange procurement of contractors, tools, vehicles, equipment and initial consumables
• Secure permits, NOCs and authority registrations from relevant Dubai authorities
• Establish operational routes, rosters, response frameworks, escalation matrices and performance dashboards
• Manage knowledge transfer from outgoing service providers and ensure seamless operational takeover
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, safety standards and international quality requirements through inspections and audits
• Capture lessons learned and update internal standards and operational procedures

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline
• Proven experience in mobilization, facilities, logistics or port operations within Dubai, UAE
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, authority approvals and risk management frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional operational teams
• Ability to control budgets, track accruals and manage cost variances
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
