- Develop and implement revenue strategies that optimize RevPAR, GOPPAR, and total hotel revenue across both properties.
- Create accurate short-term and long-term forecasts for rooms, F&B, and ancillary revenue streams.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews, adjusting strategies in response to market conditions.
- Lead revenue meetings with property leadership, presenting insights and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor local, regional, and global market trends, including competitor pricing, demand shifts, and travel patterns.
- Conduct segmentation and channel mix analysis to evaluate revenue opportunities.
- Identify emerging demand periods, group displacement impacts, and business opportunities.
- Develop dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and total yield.
- Ensure optimal inventory management across all distribution channels (direct, OTA, GDS, corporate, wholesale).
- Oversee rate loading, parity, and system accuracy across both properties.
- Evaluate and approve group and corporate rate proposals, RFPs, and long-stay opportunities.
- Maintain optimal visibility, competitiveness, and positioning across all online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with digital marketing and e-commerce teams to enhance conversion, website performance, and digital demand generation.
- Monitor OTA performance, commission costs, and distribution efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the cluster revenue team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to drive alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
- Provide training and tools to ensure cross-departmental understanding of revenue management principles.
- Oversee property RMS, PMS, CRS, channel manager, and related revenue systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to support executive decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years revenue management experience in upscale or luxury hotels; cluster or multi-property experience required.
- Strong command of RMS, PMS, CRS, channel management systems; expertise with STR, Rate360, and BI tools.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and commercial decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and GCC travel dynamics is highly preferred.
