Establish and Oversee Impact Measurement System
Work with offering development manager and offering partners to develop clear target outcomes for children and parents
Conduct Quality Audits and Develop Strategic Improvement
Develop quality assurance framework for offering ensuring maintenance of optimal standards of Early Childhood Development and high-quality service delivery
Provide Quality Assurance Report
Prepare clear, detailed reports on impact measurement and quality control, presenting key findings and recommendations to stakeholders and ensure their use to drive data-informed decisions, steering the direction of future hub initiativesPreferred Qualifications:● Master’s/PhD degree in ECD, Quality Assurance and Control, Statistics and Data Analysis or an equivalent relevant field● 7+ years of experience in impact measurement and ideally with experience in ECD quality control and assurance● Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)● Local cultural knowledge (preferred)Interested candidates may share their updated CVs.
