We are seeking an experienced PRO to manage government relations, visa and labor compliance, and company licensing for our UAE construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong connections with UAE authorities, fluency in Arabic, and expertise in labor and immigration regulations.Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with UAE authorities: MOHRE, Immigration & GDRFA, Municipalities, DED, Free Zones.
Handle visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, medical tests, renewals, and cancellations.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and support HR onboarding/offboarding.
Manage trade licenses, company registrations, attestations, and legalizations.
Support project teams with permits, site access, and manpower approvals.

Requirements:

3-7+ years as a PRO in UAE construction.
Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
Strong UAE government contacts and knowledge of labor/immigration laws.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
