Job Description:As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in consulting with clients to deliver exceptional services. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through service line workflows, addressing interdependencies, and making impactful design decisions. Expect to provide solution oversight, direction, and share your expertise with stakeholders. Your role will involve driving client-specific solution configurations to meet workflow requirements, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to deliver consulting services, focusing on service line workflow.
Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements.
Mitigate solution risks and issues while executing workflow and process improvement strategies.
Lead client meetings and events, and champion internal team initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience.
At least 3 years of Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, or other client-facing HCIT solution work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 3 years of Software implementation work experience.
At least 3 years of Cerner Millennium experience
Experience in consulting on Oncology solutions.
