- Maintain and update detailed records for each cryptocurrency listing with descriptions, specs, images, and pricing
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity across the platform
- Apply SEO strategies to increase visibility and optimize listing performance
- Ensure all listings comply with internal guidelines and regulatory standards
- Assist clients and partners through the listing process and provide technical guidance as needed
- Analyze listing performance metrics and suggest enhancements based on user behavior and market trends
- Minimum 2 years' experience in e-commerce, product listings, or a related data management role
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with listing tools or e-commerce platforms
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a team-player mindset
- Familiarity with SEO principles and crypto or fintech industry trends is a plus
