Manage CEO email, prioritize urgent messages, ensure timely, professional replies.
Research and identify relevant consultants, companies, and strategic partners, aligning selections with business objectives
Assist in developing and managing consultant contracts, defining, documenting, and upholding all terms
Represent the CEO in meetings, exhibiting professionalism, astute judgment, and excellent communication in virtual or in-person meetings as needed
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, vendor liaison, travel logistics, optimizing CEO productivity
