- Supporting the Continuous Improvement & Performance Management team with governance design, process standardization, and transformation programme coordination across Service Operations.
- Working on specific projects to improve reporting structures, build performance dashboards, and support the Cost-to-Serve model and other financial visibility tools.
- Maintaining & leading improvement of programme reporting, action tracking, and deliverable management using tools like MS Planner to keep stakeholders aligned and accountable.
- Leading content creation & communication delivery for the CI & PM team engagement, including internal communications, newsletters, surveys, and social media platforms.
- Supporting AI & digital transformation initiatives such as Superminds, AI Scheduling Assistants, and other use cases that contribute to the One Services 2030 strategy.
- Orchestrating & maintaining the report out of transformation initiatives, workshop summaries, meeting minutes, and action trackers to ensure strong follow-through and execution discipline.
- Supporting the creation and standardization of templates, document formats, and governance frameworks to drive consistency across Service Operations deliverables.
- Supporting all team members of the Continuous Improvement & Performance Management organization on a wide variety of support requests across the team's five strategic axes: standardizing service operation processes, driving performance, anticipating future needs, fostering lean culture, and leaping with digital and AI.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial), Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Excellent skills with PowerPoint & Excel, with the ability to formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues through visualization and quantitative & qualitative data.
- Effective communication skills to work with leaders, and the ability to capture the voice of leadership and translate them into clear and compelling messages.
- Willingness to roll up one's sleeves and get work done.
- Ability to pay painstaking attention to important details.
- Self-motivated, problem-solving skills and eager to learn while challenging the status quo.
- Excellent in English, both written and spoken.
