Job DescriptionOur client is a dynamic online trading platform who are looking to hire a driven and results-oriented Country Lead to spearhead their expansion into the GCC marketResponsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to establish the organisation as the preferred online trading platform in the region.
Lead a high-performing team, including business development, marketing, and client service professionals.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions, and industry partners.
Oversee all aspects of marketing and client acquisition, driving user growth and brand awareness.
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.

You are the ideal candidate if you possess:

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably online trading.
Proven track record of success in driving business growth and market share.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on building a positive and results-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Deep understanding of financial markets and regulations in the UAE and wider GCC.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
