- You will Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for BMS solutions, offerings, and services.
- You will conduct effective solution based sales pitches highlighting the value proposition (VAP) of JCI products and integrated solutions.
- You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- You will develop strategic account plans for key customers including consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and end users.
- You will maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.
- You will build strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, and 3rd party vendors in the market.
- Maintain an updated intelligence of ongoing and upcoming projects in the region.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre sales, engineering team, operations, finance, Contracts/Legal etc.) to ensure seamless project handover after sales closure.
- Stay up to date with JCI BMS product portfolio, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
- Provide preliminary technical guidance to customers and work closely with the pre sales engineering team for technical proposals and compliance submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of all account activities, forecast customer, and opportunity progress in CRM systems.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the Building Management System (BMS) domain within the UAE.
- Strong network and awareness of UAE consultants, MEP contractors, and market ecosystem.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the ELV/BMS market.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly demonstrate JCI’s value proposition.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent) preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and customer‑handling skills.
- Ability to work independently with a self‑driven mindset.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
- Team player with cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in intelligent buildings, smart systems, or related technologies is a plus.
