Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including medication and psychotherapy
Provide medication management and monitor treatment outcomes
Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR systems
Participate in case discussions, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and ethical standardsIdeal Profile
Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry
Recognized consultant-level certification such as UK CCT, Arab Board, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in adult psychiatry
Fluency in Arabic and English
Eligibility for DHA Consultant licensure
