The Project Manager ensures all project elements are aligned, risks are controlled, and outcomes meet client expectations within a structured consultancy environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing project phases while supporting senior leadership
  • Define scope, deliverables, and timelines in coordination with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed schedules and monitor progress against key milestones
  • Control project budgets, resources, and timelines to maintain efficiency
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities
  • Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Review progress reports, invoices, and technical documentation for accuracy
  • Identify project risks early and implement corrective strategies
  • Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders and provide status updates
  • Ensure smooth integration across multiple project disciplines
Ideal Profile
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • 15+ years of experience managing infrastructure, utilities, or landscape projects
  • Strong background in PMC environments handling high-value developments
  • Proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion
  • Experience dealing with UAE authorities and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong communication, reporting, and coordination capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in demanding project environments
