This role plays a crucial part in sourcing top talent, assisting in interviews and post interview activities in order to hire high performing talent for HQ as per business requirements, while ensuring compliance with government regulations.Job Specific Responsibilities:
  • Support hiring managers to source qualified candidates based on competency and assessment requirements for identified positions at the HQ. Source and attract candidates through various channels, online platforms, social media, recruitment agencies and employee referrals; thereby enhancing the quality and diversity of the talent pool.
  • In line with Company's social commitment to equal opportunity and hiring, ensure a balance of gender diversity of locals and expatriates while hiring high caliber and proficient employees for the company.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and vendors to augment talent sourcing efforts as needed; and ensure a robust talent pipeline and timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
