- 1-3 years in coordination/administrative roles within hospitality or facilities management
- Secondary-level or professional technical education in building, architecture, facilities management, or equivalent
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general maintenance management software
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management capabilities
- Effective written and verbal communication with all hotel levels
- Proactive, resourceful, with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with engineering concepts (mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems) a plus
