PROJECT ARCHITECT

• Work closely with the procurement team to understand procurement processes and best practices for building materials and finishes.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to identify and define material packages for procurement.
• Develop and maintain detailed package specifications, including technical requirements, quality standards, and performance criteria.
• Assist with the development of bid packages and prepare technical documentation for vendors.
• Evaluate vendor proposals based on design compliance, budget, schedule, and qualifications.
• Recommend vendors to the procurement team for award.
• Manage awarded packages, including communication with vendors, review of submittals, and coordination with construction teams.
• Ensure procured materials comply with project specifications and industry standards.
• Track and report on procurement progress for assigned packages.
• Maintain project documentation related to packages.
• May assist with construction administration activities related to procured materials.

• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Experience working with procurement teams on building material and finish selection is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• MUST have Packages experience.
