  • Carry out routine and emergency rectification works at service stations, depots, and plant facilities
  • Inspect sites to assess maintenance issues and perform minor repairs directly
  • Coordinate with maintenance contractors for major corrective and preventive works
  • Supervise contractors to ensure work meets ADNOC standards, contract terms, and safety requirements
  • Conduct daily inspection of signage, civil works, and general facility conditions
  • Ensure proper handover of completed works and prepare closeout documentation including PAC
  • Review contractor checklists and preventive maintenance reports
  • Support civil maintenance activities including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and air conditioning works
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and restore equipment and facilities to service
  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards in hazardous areas
  • Verify bill of quantities and inspect materials used during execution of works
  • Maintain updated maintenance records and reports
Ideal Profile
  • Technical Diploma or Secondary School Certificate with vocational trade certificate
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in general maintenance within Oil and Gas or industrial facilities
  • Experience supervising contractors and handling preventive maintenance programs
  • Good understanding of safety procedures in hazardous environments
