Junior HSE Engineer Environmental Health Safety Dubai UAE is responsible for assisting in implementing safety programs, monitoring workplace risks, supporting compliance with regulations, and promoting safe work practices across project sites.Key Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs and procedures
- Assist in monitoring workplace hazards and identifying potential safety risks
- Participate in inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Assist in investigating incidents, accidents, and safety complaints
- Support preparation of reports and documentation related to safety performance
- Contribute to risk assessments and recommend preventive and corrective actions
- Assist in delivering safety training sessions and awareness programs
- Monitor compliance with HSE policies and procedures across work areas
- Support emergency preparedness planning and response activities
- Work with teams to improve processes, equipment, and systems to minimize hazards
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of environmental health and safety standards and practices
- Knowledge of risk assessment and hazard identification techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to support audits, inspections, and safety reporting
- Willingness to learn and grow within HSE and construction environments
