Job DescriptionThe Department of Chemical Engineering at United Arab Emirates University is seeking applications for a full-time postdoctoral research position. The postdoctoral will be responsible for leading research projects and aiming at synthesizing and characterizing MOF and MXenes Materials for Thermal/Photocatalytic CO2 Conversion to Solar Fuels. The interested candidates have a good track record of publications as first and corresponding authors in top-rank journals. The applications will be preferred for the experience in DFT and 3D printing. The applicant must have strong knowledge in the area of Photo/electrocatalytic water splitting for hydrogen production and Photo/electrocatalytic CO2 reduction.Minimum QualificationAn appropriate educational degree supplemented with documented evidence to support the following: • PhD degree • Ability to synthesize and characterize nanomaterial • Good technical writing skills • Flexible approach and initiative in executing the role.Preferred Qualification
